If you want to book, or you have any queries at all about the houses, the facilities, or the area, please feel free to call us. The "contact us" page gives you a simple form to fill in if you prefer to be dealt with by email. We only have two properties - Old Kilmun House and Ormidale - and we are more than happy to answer any queries you may have on either.  Almost every weekend we let out all four of the houses, so we will never try to “up-sell” you.  The web-site is here to introduce the house and the area; however comprehensive a site we design, we understand that there may well be things you'll want to ask us, as the owners, in person.  And one conversation can sometimes resolve more than a string of emails. We will always try and get you into the right house for your party (if one of our houses is right for you) and not into the most expensive.  Our home number is 01505 872515, and my mobile is 07765 007798.

If your preferred dates are free, we ask for a 25% deposit to secure the booking. Send a cheque made payable to "The OK Property Company" to Auchengrange, Lochwinnoch, Renfrewshire, PA12 4JS. If you wish us to we then insure your holiday against cancellation, at your expense, at a cost of 4% of the value of the holiday.  (You may already have that cover as part of an annual policy elsewhere.)  The balance of your payment is due two months before your holiday. We ask for a damage deposit of £500 two weeks before you arrive.
