Shortbreaks are two or three nights including a weekend, or
three or four nights midweek.
All school holiday weeks are treated as high season |
Shortbreak prices for 2 or 3 nights are approximately 75% of full
week prices.
If you want to book, or you have any queries at all about the house
or the area, please feel free to call us. The "contact us"
page gives you a simple form to fill in if you prefer to be dealt
with by email. We only have two properties - Old
Kilmun House and Ormidale
- and we are more than happy to answer any queries you may have
on either. The web-site is here to introduce the house and the area;
however comprehensive a site we design, we understand that there
may well be things you'll want to ask us, as the owners, in person.
And one conversation can sometimes resolve more than a string of

If your preferred dates are free, we ask for a 25% deposit to secure
the booking. Send a cheque made payable to "The OK Property
Company" to Auchengrange, Lochwinnoch, Renfrewshire, PA12 4JS.
We then insure your holiday against cancellation, at our expense,
and the balance of your payment is due two months before your holiday.
We ask for a damage deposit of £500 two weeks before you arrive.
